This should be done every year for a refresher and for new workers

In accordance with the most recent approved layout, in excellent condition, with no extras, and nothing missing

By Booth Layout Diagram ( see website ) NOTE: If different size booth space, make it conform as close as possible to original

These MUST be signed for ALL workers and turned into the office with the Fair Report

Can be made by camera phone or camera sent by email or hard copy to the office

Trouble usually comes from neighbors and parents of underage kids - but all rules must be adhered to
